The stated starting prices apply to the described scope. Individual requirements and additional services are agreed in writing before an order is placed.
Hosting & domain
You book your domain and hosting directly with a provider of your choice, such as IONOS. BRUHN MEDIA is listed with IONOS as a contact for web design and technical support. If you use IONOS, you can grant me access to your IONOS account through “Connect & Care” so I can help with setup and ongoing support. We agree on the scope and costs separately in advance. BRUHN MEDIA may offer its own hosting packages in the future.
Extra pages and languages
Additional content page: from €110 per page in the original language. Additional language version of an existing content page: from €39 per page and language. One additional language for up to 5 existing content pages: from €199. Language switcher setup with Website Business: €49 instead of €99. Translation and setup are charged separately.

All social media packages cover one agreed channel using content and image rights supplied by the client. Advertising budgets, ad management, reels, photo/video shoots and additional channels are not included. The term, notice period and publication approval process are agreed in writing before work begins.

Color palette, font pairing and a basic usage guide. Exclusive logo development and trademark clearance are not included.
Website Care

Monthly functionality check, security-related updates where applicable, backup checks, 15 minutes of minor content changes per month and email support. Hosting and domain not included.
Website Care Plus
€119 / month
All Website Care services, up to 60 minutes of content updates per month, regular checks of key forms, a monthly brief report and priority support handling. Hosting and domain not included.

Additional work
After approval: 55 € per hour, billed according to documented time spent. We provide an estimate in advance for additional requests.
Revisions
A revision round combines feedback on one draft. New concepts, extra pages and changes requested after approval are billed separately.
Rights & delivery
Usage rights, delivery formats, approvals, schedule and payment terms are specified in the individual quotation.
VAT information: Under the German small-business regulation (Section 19 of the German VAT Act), no VAT is charged or shown. All prices stated are the final amounts payable for the services described. Agreed extras and third-party costs may be added.
